Yum! Make these easy pancakes for a perfect Sunday morning breakfast or Mother’s Day treat.
What you will need:
- 1.5 cups flour (+ 3.5 teaspoons of baking powder if your flour is not self-raising)
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons butter (+ extra butter for greasing the pan)
- 1.25 cup milk
- 1 egg
- lemon, sugar, maple syrup, honey, or any other topping you’d like to serve with your pancakes
Lucy also adds some mixed berries to her pancakes – feel free to chop up your favourite fruit to give these pancakes a twist!
